Cookies, analytics, and security tools
ConstructFlow may use cookies, similar technologies, analytics tools, and anti-spam or security services to keep the site functional, understand visitor activity, remember preferences, protect forms, and help secure accounts. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features may not work correctly without them.
Project collaboration and visibility
ConstructFlow is designed for multi-tenant construction collaboration. Information entered into a project workspace may be visible to customer administrators, assigned team members, invited external reviewers, vendors, consultants, and other users according to project settings, account permissions, workflow roles, and customer instructions.
Customer content and documents
Customers and authorized users control the accuracy, legality, classification, and permissioning of documents and project records they submit to ConstructFlow. ConstructFlow processes that content to provide the service and does not claim ownership of customer project documents merely because they are uploaded to or processed by the platform.
Search, OCR, and AI-assisted processing
ConstructFlow may process uploaded documents, comments, summaries, extracted text, OCR results, metadata, and related project content to support search, retrieval, summaries, workflow automation, and document review features. Automated or AI-assisted features are tools for productivity and do not replace professional judgment, contract administration duties, code review, engineering review, legal review, or customer approval processes.
Service providers and infrastructure
ConstructFlow may share information with service providers and infrastructure vendors that help operate, host, secure, store, analyze, support, and improve the website and SaaS platform. These providers may include cloud hosting, file storage, email delivery, analytics, authentication, security, payment, logging, search, and support services.
Security and retention
ConstructFlow uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No website, network, storage system, or SaaS service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. ConstructFlow may retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve audit history, and support legitimate business needs.
Legal rights and disclosures
Depending on your location and relationship with ConstructFlow or a customer account, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. ConstructFlow may also disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, regulator request, contract enforcement, security investigation, business transfer, or to protect rights and safety.
