Calculator

Start with your current review workload.

The calculator keeps assumptions editable and visible so you can review the scenario before applying the estimate.

Calculator assumptions

Build the estimate from your Submittal and RFI volume.

Use your own numbers for each field. Presets are only a starting point.

Quick-start preset

Optional

Choose a project profile to fill the fields below.

Each preset gives you a starting scenario for that construction value range. You can edit every field after selecting one.

Use these as illustrative averages for comparison. Edit any field below to match your actual workload.

Operating assumptions

Active projects ConstructFlow would touch each month.

Average new Submittal cycles per active project per month.

Average new RFI cycles per active project per month.

Average hours your team spends coordinating, chasing, or reworking a single Submittal or RFI today.

Fully loaded labor rate for the people doing that coordination.

Percent of those coordination hours you expect to reclaim with structured review. Set this to your own conservative estimate.

Plan pricing

Selected plan cost is subtracted from the estimated monthly value. Enterprise uses the starting floor for illustration; final Enterprise pricing depends on custom capacity. See pricing for full plan details.

Optional scenario

Optional. Add a scenario value if you want to include avoided delay or rework cost. Leave blank to exclude.

Enter your assumptions to see an estimate. Values stay in your browser; ConstructFlow does not save, submit, or send them.

Results are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions you entered. They are not a quote, contract, accounting analysis, tax advice, delay-damages calculation, or savings guarantee. ConstructFlow does not save, submit, or send these values.

Methodology

The formula stays visible.

Each result traces back to an entered assumption, the selected ConstructFlow plan cost, or the optional delay and rework scenario field.

The calculator uses the Submittal and RFI volume you enter, estimates the coordination hours that work consumes today, and applies your expected efficiency improvement. Labor value uses your loaded hourly rate. Optional delay or rework exposure is included only when you enter a positive scenario value. The selected ConstructFlow plan cost is subtracted so the final figures stay tied to the plan you chose.

Formula order

  1. 1. Monthly review items = active projects × (Submittals per project + RFIs per project).
  2. 2. Monthly coordination hours = monthly review items × coordination / rework hours per item.
  3. 3. Estimated coordination hours recovered = monthly coordination hours × expected efficiency improvement percentage.
  4. 4. Estimated labor value = estimated coordination hours recovered × loaded hourly rate.
  5. 5. Optional delay / rework scenario = the monthly scenario value you enter, or $0 when the field is blank or zero.
  6. 6. Estimated gross monthly value = estimated labor value + optional delay / rework scenario.
  7. 7. Estimated net monthly value = estimated gross monthly value − selected plan cost.
  8. 8. Annualized estimated value = estimated net monthly value × 12.

Selected plan cost is the monthly ConstructFlow plan value chosen in the calculator. It is subtracted in step 7 and shown as its own result row so you can compare the estimate against our standard plans.

Results are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions you entered. They are not a quote, contract, accounting analysis, tax advice, delay-damages calculation, or savings guarantee. ConstructFlow does not save, submit, or send these values.

Plan pricing

The estimate subtracts the plan you select.

Use the plan selector in the calculator to compare Standard, Professional, and the Enterprise starting floor. Final Enterprise pricing can vary with custom AI Search capacity, support, and infrastructure requirements.

Standard

$1,200/month

Professional

$2,800/month

Enterprise

From $6,500/month

ROI calculator FAQ

Common questions about the estimate.

Practical answers about defaults, assumptions, plan cost, optional scenario values, and data handling.

Why are the operating fields blank?

Blank fields keep the estimate grounded in your actual workflow. Enter your active projects, monthly Submittal and RFI volume, coordination hours, loaded hourly rate, and expected efficiency improvement to build a scenario.

Are these results a guarantee?

No. The estimate is an illustrative scenario based on the values you enter. It is not a quote, contract, accounting analysis, tax advice, delay-damages calculation, or savings guarantee.

Does ConstructFlow store the numbers I enter?

No. The calculator runs directly in your browser and does not save, submit, email, store in cookies or local storage, or send your values to analytics.

What does expected efficiency improvement mean?

It is the percentage of current Submittal/RFI coordination hours you expect your team could reclaim with a more structured review process. Enter your own conservative assumption.

Why does the calculator subtract a plan cost?

The calculator subtracts the selected monthly ConstructFlow plan cost so the estimate reflects the plan you chose. Standard uses $1,200/month, Professional uses $2,800/month, and Enterprise uses $6,500/month as the starting floor for illustration. Final Enterprise pricing can vary with custom capacity requirements. See Pricing for the full package comparison.

What should I enter for optional delay or rework exposure?

Leave it blank unless you want to model a specific monthly scenario value. The calculator excludes that row when the field is blank or zero, so the core estimate remains based on coordination labor only.
